Esenyurt enjoys a privileged location in the center of the most important areas of the city of Istanbul, as it is surrounded by Avcılar and Beylikdüzü, close to the Kucukcekmece Lake and overlooking the city's two main highways, E-5 and TEM.

Although it is far from the city center, Esenyurt has a very strong transportation web that ensures its connection to the most important centers of Istanbul, where there are metrobus stations, which is the main transportation in the city, which connects Istanbul with its Asian and European sections, in addition to a large number of  buses and minibuses that go directly to most of the city’s areas.

Esenyurt has many tourist sites and recreational facilities including: shopping centers such as Marmara Park Mall and Torium Mall, as well as a number of gardens and parks such as Erdogan Park and the National Cultural Center.

There are many foreign, private and public schools in addition to a number of important universities, including Esenyurt University, Istanbul University and European Medical University.

There are also good hospitals with a variety of high-quality medical services such as Avcilar Hospital and Medicana Hospital.

One of the most important characteristics of real estate in Esenyurt is the low prices compared to other areas such as Beylikdüzü, where there are abundant housing projects with good specifications and services at a reasonable and suitable price.
